Q: Why have you ended the Senior's/Kid's Clubs?
A: We have replaced the Senior's Club & Kid's Club with a paperless pogram called MySmitty's Rewards.
Q: What is the new program?
A: Our new program rewards you for being a loyal Smitty's customer. Earn points when you dine and redeem them for savings!
Q: Will my information be transferred to the new program?
A: No. Since we have changed service providers, your information has not been transferred. Please download the app today to ensure that all your information is up to date.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Download the app today or sign up online.
Q: What do I get for signing up?
A: You will receive a Welcome Reward, plus you will be able to earn points right away.
Q: So, I won't get my 10% discount anymore?
A: No. Instead you will earn points for being a loyal guest that are redeemable for savings.
Q: Will I still get my birthday meal?
A: Seniors and kids will still receive a birthday gift to redeem during the month of their birthday.
Q: What if I don't have a smart phone, tablet or computer?
A: You will still be able to sign up for the program at your local restaurant. We will use your phone number as an account number to log your rewards.
Q: What if I don't want to give you my phone number?
A: We will need a phone number on file to log your rewards, but rest assured that we have the utmost respect for your privacy and will never share that information for any reason.
Q: My card doesn't expire until the year 20_ , is it still valid until then?
A: The cards from previous programs will no longer be accepted. But you can get started earning MySmitty's Rewards now, all you'll have to do is download the app from the Apple or Google Play stores.
Q: How long is my new membership valid?
A: Your membership will never expire.
Q: Can I ask to be removed from the program?
A: Yes, we will remove members as requested. Please note that if you do sign up again in the future, the signup reward and points accumulated previously will no longer be available.
Q: Can I earn points at different Smitty's restaurants in Canada?
A: Yes! This program is national and will be available at every Smitty's Family Restaurant coast to coast.
Q: Will my child still get a toy when they eat at Smitty's?
A: Yes, all Toy programs will continue to run as they do!
