Q: Why are you replacing Senior's & Kid's Clubs, and Royalty Rewards?
A: We are replacing these programs with a paperless app, that will help you ensure that you are rewarded for every visit, at any of our restaurants in Canada. No cards to carry or display, and no items to go missing in the mail!
Q: What is the new program?
A: Our new program is called MySmitty's Rewards. Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, and redeem points for savings at any of our restaurants across Canada!
Q: Who can sign up for MySmitty's Rewards?
A: MySmitty's rewards is available to Canadian residents, over the age of 18 years old.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Download the MySmitty's Rewards app from the Apple or Google Play stores, or sign up online at smittys.ca/MSRsignup
Q: What do I get for signing up?
A: You will receive a FREE non-alcoholic beverage just for signing up!
Q: So, I won't get my 10% Senior's discount anymore?
A: That is correct. However, the new program offers savings and rewards for frequent visits to our restaurants.
Q: Will I still get my birthday meal?
A: Yes! Every guest will receive a birthday gift to redeem during the month of their birthday, as long as this information is included when you set up your profile. You may also sign up your children under 10 for birthday meals!
Q: What if I don't have a smart phone, tablet or computer?
A: You will still be able to sign up for the program at your local restaurant. We will use your phone number as an account number to log your rewards.
Q: What if I don't want to give you my phone number?
A: We will need a phone number on file to log your rewards, but rest assured that we have the utmost respect for your privacy and will never share that information for any reason.
Q: My Senior's or Royalty Rewards card doesn't expire until the year 20_ , is it still valid until then?
A: The cards from previous programs will no longer be accepted. But you can get started earning rewards as soon as the new program launches, all you'll have to do is download the app today!
Q: How long is my new membership valid?
A: Your membership will never expire, if your account remains active.
Q: Can I ask to be removed from the program?
A: Yes, we will remove members as requested. Please note that if you do sign up again in the future, the signup reward and points accumulated previously will no longer be available.
Q: Can I earn points at different Smitty's restaurants in Canada?
A: Yes! This program is national and will be available at every Smitty's coast to coast.
Q: Can I earn points with the MySmitty's Rewards app on online or delivery orders?
A: At this time, you cannot earn points on these types of orders. However, we are working on the technology to make this possible.
Q: Will my child still get a toy when they eat at Smitty's?
A: Yes, all Toy Club programs will continue at participating locations.
