We are thrilled to announce that we will be launching our BRAND NEW loyalty program soon!
MySmitty's Rewards will be available for download or sign-up to ALL of our guests across Canada!
Sign-up reward, referral bonus and meal to celebrate your birthday are all a part of our exciting new program!

The MySmitty's Loyalty program is replacing these programs. See below for a list of Frequently Asked Questions!
Q: Why are you stopping the Senior's/Kid's Club?
A: We are replacing them with the new MySmitty's loyalty program in Summer of 2020!
Q: What is the new program?
A: Our new program rewards you for being a loyal Smitty's customer. Earn points when you dine and redeem them for savings!
Q: How do I sign up?
A: You will be able to sign up online, by downloading the MySmitty's Rewards app, or at your local restaurant.
Q: What do I get for signing up?
A: We will be offering a reward to guests who sign up. You will also earn rewards every time you dine at Smitty's!
Q: So, I won't get my 10% discount anymore?
A: You will still be entitled to your discount until the new program launches, at which point you will earn points for being a loyal guest that will be redeemable for savings.
Q: Will I still get my birthday meal?
A: Yes! Every guest will receive a birthday gift to redeem during the month of their birthday.
Q: What if I don't have a smart phone, tablet or computer?
A: You will still be able to sign up for the program at your local restaurant. We will use your phone number as an account number to log your rewards.
Q: What if I don't want to give you my phone number?
A: We will need a phone number on file to log your rewards, but rest assured that we have the utmost respect for your privacy and will never share that information for any reason.
Q: My card doesn't expire until the year 20_ , is it still valid until then?
A: The cards from previous programs will no longer be accepted. But you can get started earning rewards as soon as the new program launches, all you'll have to do is register!
Q: How long is my new membership valid?
A: Your membership will never expire, if your account remains active.
Q: Can I ask to be removed from the program?
A: Yes, we will remove members as requested. Please note that if you do sign up again in the future, the signup reward and points accumulated previously will no longer be available.
Q: Can I earn points at different Smitty's restaurants in Canada?
A: Yes! This program is national and will be available at every Smitty's coast to coast.
Q: Will my child still get a toy when they eat at Smitty's?
A: Yes, all Toy Club programs will continue at participating locations.
