Kitchen Manager
Position requires 2-3 years of Kitchen Management/Supervisory experience in a Full Line kitchen environment. Experience in Food Cost and BOH labor management is essential. Must have high volume BOH experience including scheduling, ordering, food handling, and line expediting. Must be able to develop and maintain a BOH environment that meets all Food Safe and H.A.C.C.P. criteria.
