Q: How do I join MySmitty’ Rewards?
Just download the app from the Apple or Google play stores, and sign up. You'll be rewarded with a free beverage immediately! Alternatively, you can also sign-up or check your account online by visiting this page.
Q: What do I get for being a part of MySmitty’s Rewards?

Q: Why do I have to update my password?
We recently upgraded our loyalty system. This means that your account was migrated and we need you to ensure the data is correct and update your account with a secure password.
Q: I used to have my Kid's Birthdays on my account, and cannot see those anymore. Are you no longer offering a free kids meal on their birthday?
Yes we are! Simply LOGIN to your MySmitty's Rewards account and add your kids birthdays in under the 'Related Guest' field. The email section of this field be the same email as is linked to your account.
Q: I got a plastic loyalty card on my last visit, and I now need to register it. How do I do that?
Please register your card by visiting smittys.ca/rewards or CLICKING HERE. You may also link your new card to an existing account. Please have your server activate the account by swiping it in their point of sale machine, or send an email to loyalty@smittys.ca and we can assist.
Q: Is MySmitty’s Rewards replacing the Senior Club/Kid's Birthday Club programs?
Yes! We are moving to a paperless system (the app) that allows you to manage your profile, and allows for items not to get lost in the mail!
Q: Will you still honour my Seniors 10% discount cards if they are not expired?
All previous programs are no longer valid. We encourage you to join MySmitty's Rewards to start earning points right away.
Q: Will Seniors Club members be transferred automatically?
No. Guests will be invited to download the app or sign-up via email, but they will have to input their information. This allows for everything to be up-to-date!
Q: Will my Royalty Rewards points be transferred?
Yes. As long as you choose this option at sign-up and uses the same email address, your points will be transferred.
Q: How do I earn points?
Always let your server know you are a MySmitty's Rewards member. Check-in on your app OR ask your server to look you up in the system.
Q: How do I redeem rewards?
Let your server know you have rewards you would like to redeem. They are happy to assist. Don't know what you have? Look in the 'My Profile' section of your app, or login to your account HERE.
Q: How long are birthday rewards valid?
You may use your birthday reward during the month of your birthday only.
Q: Can I earn or redeem points at every Smitty's restaurant in Canada?
MySmitty's Rewards are valid at participating Smitty's Restaurants in Canada.
