Each Smitty’s Gift Card has an unique number printed on the back of the gift card, if you have this unique card number from your lost or stolen card, we can cancel your lost or stolen
card and re-issue you a new card with the remaining balance that your lost or stolen card had on it at the time of submission. You must report your missing card to us immediately by either
calling our office at (403) 229-3838 (please leave a message after hours) or by e-mailing the information to giftcard@smittys.ca. You will be required to provide your name, address and your
Gift Card number, and upon verification, we will freeze the remaining balance, transfer it to a new Smitty’s Gift card and mail you a replacement card, there will be a small
administration fee charged to you for this service. The replacement card value will match the balance of your lost Smitty’s Gift Card at the time it is reported missing. If you do not
have this unique 25 digit number from your lost Gift Card, we will be unable to re-issue a new Smitty’s Gift Card with any remaining balance. Your Smitty’s Gift Card can be used
like cash at all participating Smitty’s Restaurants, please be sure to safeguard your Gift Card as you would cash.
