 Vice President: Steven Fee

Steven has over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry including Family/ Casual dining plus Quick Serve and Institutional Foodservice. Steven joined Smitty’s™ Canada Limited in 2002 and has held various positions including Special Projects Director, Corporate Business Development and currently has the Director of Operations portfolio. This portfolio manages a number of aspects of brand management and growth including Day to Day Operations, Retail Product development, Foreign Worker programs, Supply Management and many others.  

Controller: Neil McCauley 

Neil joined Smitty's in December 2010.  He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with has over 20 years experience in accounting, finance, strategic planning and information technology.  Neil’s industry experience includes consumer goods and services, manufacturing, and transportation. His experience covers both retail and wholesale operations. Neil is responsible for the Accounting, Banking and Finance functions.
