Chris Manderscheid joined Smitty’s in 1991 starting as a manager of a Smitty's™ corporate restaurant and moving up to the Director of Operations, a position he held from 1997 - 2000. From 2000 through 2007, Mr. Manderscheid was a franchisee. He sold his franchise and rejoined Smitty's Head Office in the capacity of Vice President of Operations early in 2007. He has over 20 years of food service experience ranging from QSR, catering and banquets to family dining.
Project Director: Scott Amberson
Scott first joined Smitty's™ as Project Director in July 2001. He has over 20 years experience in the food service industry. His primary background is in Design, where he has developed projects such as full service restaurants, convenience stores, business facilities, and hotels.
Director - Corporate Business Development: Steven Fee
Steven has over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry including Family/ Casual dining plus Quick Serve and Institutional Foodservice. Steven joined Smitty’s™ Canada Limited in 2002 and has held various positions including Special Projects Director, Director of Operations and currently has the Corporate Business Development portfolio. This portfolio manages a number of aspects of brand management and growth including Retail Product development, Foreign Worker programs, Supply Management and many others.

Controller - Carl Todarchuk
Carl became part of Smitty's in December 2009. He has over 20 years experience in accounting, finance, management and taxation. He has worked in a number of different industries including construction, financial consulting, government, manufacturing, public practice, technology and wholesale. He is responsible for directing and managing all Finance, Banking and Accounting Functions.
